You'll support apartment turnover operations for The Scion Group, assisting with move-out/move-in processes. Your work ensures a seamless resident experience during the busy 4-8-week turnover period. This is a temporary full-time or part-time role with immediate hiring.

• Perform miscellaneous maintenance duties (painting, drywall, repairs)
• Participate in apartment inspections and document unit conditions
• Assist with light housekeeping and grounds cleanup
