You will work alongside experienced engineers to build and optimize high-performance systems for trading operations, contributing to real production systems with mentorship. Projects include improving data pipelines, developing tools for quantitative research, optimizing system performance, and bridging research prototypes to production software.

Requirements

• Solid foundation in C++ and Python programming
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, memory management, OS, compilers, computer architecture, and networking
• Interest in systems programming and hardware-software interaction
• Comfortable working in a Linux environment
• Passion for writing clean, efficient, maintainable code

Responsibilities

• Build and improve high-performance data pipelines and processing systems
• Collaborate with quantitative researchers to develop tools supporting research workflows
• Optimize system performance through profiling, debugging, and architectural improvements
• Build shared tools and infrastructure to shorten research iteration cycles
• Bridge research prototypes to production-grade systems
