• Research and source candidates using various tools
• Write job ads, feedback, and personalized messages
• Conduct recruitment interviews with technical candidates
• Support candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process

📋 Requirements

• First experience (e.g., internship) in recruitment/HR or IT
• Excellent communication skills
• Interest in the IT industry
• Fluent Polish and English at least B2 level
