💼 About This Role

You'll take ownership of IoT cloud infrastructure for a fleet of cameras across 250+ local authorities. You'll rebuild foundations to scale from 250 to 450 cities, making cloud operations resilient and autonomous. You'll pair with the Tech Lead on architecture and drive the cloud roadmap.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the IoT cloud perimeter (FleetAPI, AWS Step Functions, RMS, Retool)
• Design and evolve AWS architecture with infrastructure-as-code (CDK)
• Drive observability and reliability with logs, metrics, alerting
• Build and maintain backend services in Node.js / TypeScript
• Represent CIOT-DLM in cross-team architectural discussions

📋 Requirements

• 4-7 years in cloud engineering, DevOps or SRE
• At least 3 years on AWS in production
• Built APIs and shipped backend services in Node.js / TypeScript
• Handled real production incidents with specific examples
