💼 About This Role

You'll own end-to-end firmware development for Matter-enabled IoT devices on ESP32 platforms. You'll drive production releases from board bring-up through certification, solving real-world interoperability challenges across Apple Home, Google Home, and Alexa. This role offers high-impact ownership across the full device lifecycle in a fast-paced, technically demanding environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end firmware development for Matter-enabled IoT devices.
• Design and maintain production-grade firmware using ESP-IDF on ESP32 hardware.
• Debug complex hardware/software interactions with JTAG/SWD and logic analyzers.
• Implement Matter protocol functionality across smart home ecosystems.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of professional embedded firmware development in C/C++.
• Extensive hands-on experience with ESP-IDF (CMake, FreeRTOS, low-level drivers).
• Proven experience implementing Matter protocol on ESP32-family devices.
• Strong understanding of Matter transport layers (Wi-Fi or Thread/802.15.4).

• Experience with secure boot and flash encryption.
• Exposure to full device lifecycle from bring-up to production.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and automated testing for firmware.
