• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers.
• Collaborate with Product Manager to translate user pains into technical solutions.
• Drive planning and manage development plans with shifting priorities.
• Oversee service maintenance aligned with SRE processes.

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience in leading engineering teams with people management.
• Solid experience with Python for managing and maintaining tools.
• Strong technical expertise in designing and managing data tools (BI platforms, data notebooks, or data catalogs).
• Deep experience in translating business requirements into technical architecture.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Golang
• Experience implementing or maintaining services with SRE processes
• Work experience in DWH or banking/fintech
