You will work with advanced language models to test and improve their reasoning in STEM fields such as mathematics, physics, chemistry, and engineering. Your role involves conversing with the model on real-world problems, verifying accuracy, documenting errors, and suggesting improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a STEM discipline.
• Fluency in Russian.
• Clear, metacognitive communication skills (showing your work).
• Published research, engineering design experience, data analysis projects, or coding portfolios signal fit.

Responsibilities

• Challenge advanced language models on STEM topics like thermodynamics, mechanics, calculus, statistics, and algorithm design.
• Document every failure mode to harden model reasoning.
• Converse with the model on real-world STEM problem-solving scenarios and theoretical technical questions.
• Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness of model outputs.
• Capture reproducible error traces and suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.
