💼 About This Role

You'll architect and scale the post-sales engine for Probook, the AI dispatcher for home services. You'll own the entire customer lifecycle from implementation through renewal and expansion, turning high-touch delivery into a repeatable machine. This is a founding role with significant equity and direct access to world-class investors.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Hire and develop A+ post-sales talent with 60-day ramp-up.
  • Design scalable implementation, health scoring, and renewal systems.
  • Proactively manage health scores to ensure 95%+ Gross Revenue Retention.
  • Drive land-and-expand adoption to achieve 120%+ Net Revenue Retention.

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years of post-sales leadership in B2B vertical SaaS (Series A-D).
  • Experience transitioning from founder-led to scalable post-sales.
  • Managed onboarding for $50k+ ACV solutions with non-technical buyers.
  • Proven track record owning GRR/NRR targets.

  • Built Implementation, CS, and Support functions from scratch.
