💼 About This Role

You'll manage material flow for autonomous surface vessels in a fast-paced startup, translating engineering demand into executable supply plans. You'll drive risk mitigation and metrics-driven execution to ensure production readiness.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end tactical supply plans for NPI builds and prototype phases.
• Optimize factory planning parameters to improve material flow and reduce shortages.
• Drive BOM maturity and ECO change management to minimize excess exposure.
• Lead shortage resolution and root cause analysis to protect build schedules.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of supply chain planning experience in manufacturing.
• 1+ years of experience in NPI supply planning.
• Strong knowledge of SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP/MRP systems.
• Experience with defense or advanced technology products is preferred.
