You'll expand paid acquisition channels for Acorns' suite of financial wellness products. Drive testing and scaling of emerging platforms like Reddit and programmatic DSP. Own campaign setup and performance analysis with cross-functional teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute structured testing roadmap for new paid media channels
• Manage day-to-day campaign setup and optimization
• Partner with Creative team to iterate on ad assets
• Track and report KPIs for new channel initiatives

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years in performance marketing or paid media
• Hands-on paid media platform experience (e.g., Meta, Snapchat)
• Familiarity with mobile measurement platforms (e.g., Adjust, AppsFlyer)
• Data-driven analytical skills for performance data

✨ Nice to Have

• Exposure to Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM)
• Experience with The Trade Desk or similar DSP
