Description

As a Product Compliance Engineer for Starlink, you will own end-to-end compliance and global market access for consumer devices like satellites, routers, and accessories. You'll collaborate with design teams early in development, manage certification programs with worldwide test labs, and drive regulatory efforts to deliver internet globally.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or STEM discipline
• 1+ years of experience in compliance and certification engineering (internship applicable)
• Ability to work extended hours or weekends for mission critical deadlines
• Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident due to ITAR requirements
• 4+ years of progressive experience in product compliance preferred

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end product compliance and global market access for Starlink hardware (EMC, Safety, Radio, Environmental)
• Coordinate certification programs across multiple disciplines and geographies
• Collaborate with design teams to embed compliance requirements early in the development cycle
• Manage relationships with test labs, Notified Bodies, and certification agencies worldwide
• Own technical construction files and support global regulatory submissions
