💼 About This Role

You'll protect a cultivation facility by monitoring security systems and patrolling the property. Your vigilance helps ensure the safety of employees, patients, and products in a high-growth cannabis company. Surveillance monitoring and access control are key parts of your daily routine.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Walk the property checking buildings, equipment, and access points
• Watch surveillance cameras and security systems for issues
• Check and maintain security equipment through routine tests
• Control access by authorizing employees, visitors, and deliveries
• Investigate concerns and report suspicious activity

📋 Requirements

• Valid driver's license for the state
• At least 25 years old
• Previous experience in security, safety, law enforcement, or military
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

✨ Nice to Have

• At least 2 years of safety or security experience
• Training and certification in First Aid and CPR
• Training in non-violent communication and conflict de-escalation
