💼 About This Role

You'll own how Replit understands its customers across every touchpoint, building an analytics and intelligence layer that drives growth, retention, and revenue. You'll work across marketing performance, customer signals, and support data — using AI to turn massive behavioral and feedback data into automated insights. This role goes beyond traditional analytics, building agentic systems that deliver insights directly to teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and analyze marketing experiments to optimize CAC, LTV, and ROAS
• Build multi-touch attribution and marketing mix models
• Synthesize customer signals into automated intelligence
• Build churn and retention models for lifecycle interventions

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in data science focused on marketing or growth analytics
• Strong SQL skills and experience with large-scale event-level data
• Python proficiency and data science libraries
• Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests with statistical rigor

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with modern data stack (dbt, BigQuery, Snowflake)
• Background in growth analytics at a SaaS or PLG company
• Experience with attribution modeling or incrementality testing
