You'll join the Distribution Center Bike Shop assembling and inspecting high-end bikes for Backcountry's online stores. Your work ensures premium curated products reach customers with lightning-fast fulfillment. This role offers a chance to work with top-tier bike brands in a dedicated shop environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assemble and inspect complete box and custom bikes
• Perform frame prep, wheel building, and truing
• Handle inventory issues and order fulfillment tasks
• Support other fulfillment departments as needed

📋 Requirements

• 3 years of high-end bike mechanic experience
• Proficiency in disc brake setup and adjustment
• Experience with derailleur setup and suspension
• Knowledge of proper frame prep techniques

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with wheel building and truing
• Computer proficiency in email and word processing
