🎯 What You'll Do
- Oversee all experiential production projects across the client portfolio.
- Establish and implement production standards, processes, and best practices.
- Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing production team.
- Approve high-level budgets, schedules, and resourcing plans.
📋 Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in experiential or integrated production.
- Demonstrated leadership of teams and large-scale activations.
- Strong knowledge of fabrication, logistics, and show production.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

- Experience with cross-functional collaboration across account, strategy, and creative.
