🎯 What You'll Do

  • Oversee all experiential production projects across the client portfolio.
  • Establish and implement production standards, processes, and best practices.
  • Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing production team.
  • Approve high-level budgets, schedules, and resourcing plans.

📋 Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in experiential or integrated production.
  • Demonstrated leadership of teams and large-scale activations.
  • Strong knowledge of fabrication, logistics, and show production.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
