🎯 What You'll Do

• Design end-to-end user experiences across borrower-facing flows
• Translate product requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers on scope and constraints
• Deliver production-ready designs and ensure design intent through handoff

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of product design experience owning projects end-to-end
• Proficiency in Figma and strong fluency in GenAI tools
• Ability to give, receive, and incorporate feedback at each stage
• Fluency in working within design systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with complex multi-step flows with branching outcomes
• Strong familiarity with contributing to or advancing design systems
• Experience in Fintech, lending, or regulated consumer products
