💼 About This Role

You'll lead the architecture and development of vehicle control systems for small EVs at an electric mobility company. You'll own the full software life cycle from concept to validation, shaping next-generation control systems in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You'll work across software, firmware, electrical, and vehicle domains to solve complex engineering problems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and lead architecture of vehicle control systems.
• Own system-level control strategy and interface definition.
• Develop control algorithms and state estimators for vehicle applications.
• Define handling metrics and performance evaluation methodologies.

📋 Requirements

• Masters or PhD in Controls, EE, ME, Robotics, or related field.
• Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink with model-based design and Stateflow.
• Expertise in control theory including MPC and LQR.
• Experience developing control algorithms through simulation and vehicle testing.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with adaptive or robust control for nonlinear systems.
• Background in real-time embedded systems or sensor fusion.
• Familiarity with CAN, etherCAT, and tools like Vector CANalyzer or CANape.
