You'll perform CFD and aero-thermal analysis for real gas turbine hardware, building models and solving thermal challenges tied to engine performance. You'll collaborate with customer engineering teams, translating problems into analysis to drive solutions. This role offers rapid growth in conjugate heat transfer and secondary airflow systems on mission-critical programs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform thermal and CFD analysis for gas turbine components
• Develop geometry and mesh for analysis models
• Post-process results and prepare high-quality presentations
• Create and maintain secondary airflow system models
• Support root cause analysis and FMEA for gas turbine engines

📋 Requirements

• 1-3 years experience in Conjugate Heat Transfer and CFD Analysis
• BS in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or equivalent
• Experience with Star-CCM+, ANSYS Fluent, or CFX
• Proficiency in scripting tools like APDL or Python

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with conjugate heat transfer modeling in turbomachinery
• Familiarity with secondary airflow systems and internal cooling flows
• Knowledge of mesh generation best practices
