You'll advise and support companies in structuring their product organizations as a Senior Product Manager/Consultant at Thiga, a European consulting firm. Your core impact is helping clients raise their product maturity level through audits, roadmap definition, and team coaching. You'll also contribute to Thiga's visibility via publications and speaking engagements.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise companies on structuring product organizations
• Lead workshops and training to promote product culture
• Define product strategies with clients
• Coach product teams on discovery and delivery frameworks

📋 Requirements

• 5-7 years of Product Management experience
• Experience in both delivery and discovery
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for teams
• Fluency in English and German
