💼 About This Role

You'll lead reset and remodel projects and manage store operations during night shifts at Serv-U-Success. Your core impact is ensuring projects are completed to customer satisfaction and developing a high-performance team. You'll collaborate with the Store Manager and participate in a hands-on training program.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Function as Manager on Duty, ensuring proper staffing and prioritization
• Utilize outside resources to support ongoing projects
• Schedule weekly work and monitor project results for accuracy
• Understand Plan-O-Grams and schematics to complete projects

📋 Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• 2-5 years in service industry with supervisory experience
• Open availability including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance may be required
