You'll support Brigit's members by handling customer inquiries via email and live chat at a fast-growing fintech. Your core impact is resolving issues with empathy and escalating trends to improve the product. You'll be part of a dynamic hybrid team in NYC.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Respond to emails and live chats (target 200 tickets/day)
  • Learn and become an expert in all user issues
  • Spot trends and create Jira tickets for other departments
  • Escalate BBB, CFPB, FTC threats and legal matters to management

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • High School Degree or Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience working with Zendesk
  • 2+ years supporting customers via email and live chat
  • Ability to handle high volume and thrive in ambiguity
