You'll support Brigit's members by handling customer inquiries via email and live chat at a fast-growing fintech. Your core impact is resolving issues with empathy and escalating trends to improve the product. You'll be part of a dynamic hybrid team in NYC.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Respond to emails and live chats (target 200 tickets/day)
- Learn and become an expert in all user issues
- Spot trends and create Jira tickets for other departments
- Escalate BBB, CFPB, FTC threats and legal matters to management
๐ Requirements
- High School Degree or Bachelor's Degree
- Experience working with Zendesk
- 2+ years supporting customers via email and live chat
- Ability to handle high volume and thrive in ambiguity
