You'll define and maintain test automation strategies and frameworks for cloud-based and on-prem web applications at Ripple. Your work will drive CI/CD automation and improve developer productivity across the organization. You will also lead discovery of next-gen solutions and mentor a growing engineering team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and maintain test automation strategies and frameworks.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD infrastructure and release automation.
• Lead discovery and implementation of next-generation solutions.
• Mentor engineers and drive coding/testing best practices.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's in CS, CE, EE or related plus 8 years of software development experience (or Master's plus 6 years).
• 6 years as a developer in test on large-scale distributed systems.
• 4 years working with CI/CD implementation and tools including GitLab, and Python.
• 3 years with deployment automation, 2 years with cloud tools (AWS/GCP) and designing Test Automation frameworks in Java.
