Description
As an SDR at Okta, you will research accounts, develop outreach strategies, engage inbound leads, and generate high-quality meetings. You'll collaborate with Marketing and Account Executives while building foundational customer relationships in the cybersecurity and identity space.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 6-12 months prior business experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, or Sales Navigator is a plus
Responsibilities
- Research accounts and develop outreach strategies using Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Collaborate with Marketing and Account Executives on prospecting campaigns
- Engage inbound leads and perform outbound outreach to generate meetings
- Conduct discovery conversations and set up Account Executives for success
- Maintain organized data in Salesforce
