As an SDR at Okta, you will research accounts, develop outreach strategies, engage inbound leads, and generate high-quality meetings. You'll collaborate with Marketing and Account Executives while building foundational customer relationships in the cybersecurity and identity space.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 6-12 months prior business experience preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, or Sales Navigator is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Research accounts and develop outreach strategies using Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Account Executives on prospecting campaigns
  • Engage inbound leads and perform outbound outreach to generate meetings
  • Conduct discovery conversations and set up Account Executives for success
  • Maintain organized data in Salesforce
