As a Talent Brand & Internal Communications Intern at SentinelOne, you will collaborate with the Talent Brand and Marketing teams to create compelling content that attracts top talent, manage social media campaigns, gather intern testimonials, and maintain internal brand guidelines. You will research emerging trends and propose innovative strategies to enhance the company's employer brand.

Requirements

• Currently a student pursuing Marketing, Communications, or related degree with expected graduation in 2027
• Interest in Marketing and Talent Branding
• Strong communications and written skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellence in project management skills

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Talent Brand and Marketing teams to develop content to attract and engage candidates
• Build social media campaign aligned with core values to highlight internship experience
• Manage key projects like social media calendar and Global Best Companies projects
• Research emerging trends in Talent Brand and propose innovative strategies
• Assist in maintaining internal brand guidelines across internal platforms
