💼 About This Role

You'll visit provider offices to retrieve medical records using EMR systems and Datavant-provided equipment. Your work ensures accurate and timely data collection for healthcare organizations. This hybrid role offers mileage reimbursement and per-chart incentives.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Visit provider offices to scan or upload medical records using EMR systems
• Work 20-28 hours per week with a fluctuating schedule
• Communicate daily progress, challenges, and completed tasks with remote team
• Confirm correct charts and mark them as retrieved upon completion
• Complete end-of-day logging of work hours and mileage

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Must have a reliable insured personal vehicle and valid driver's license
• Must have reliable internet service and a phone for communication
• Availability between 8am-5pm at least three consecutive days per week

✨ Nice to Have

• Basic computer skills: scan documents, save/rename files, create folders, upload to secure servers
• Ability to lift and maneuver a 45lb equipment case or 25lb soft case
• Cross-training in multiple departments
