Description

You will manage a patient panel with a broad array of needs, conducting acute, chronic, and well visits in-office or via telehealth. You'll collaborate with in-office and virtual teams, participate in weekly Clinical Rounds, and have opportunities to perform in-office procedures as you help transform primary care.

Requirements

• Completed accredited NP or PA program with national certification
• 2 years outpatient primary care or 1 year plus 1 year primary care fellowship or urgent care in past 5 years
• State licensed in California by start date
• Passion for human-centered primary care
• Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care

Responsibilities

• Manage patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits
