Description

You will serve as the financial leader and thought partner to Klaviyo's global Go-to-Market organization, owning forecasting, planning, and performance management across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations. You'll shape investment strategies, improve productivity, and drive disciplined growth as the company scales.

Requirements

• 12+ years in Finance roles (IB, VC, or FP&A at SaaS companies)
• 3+ years as a people leader
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Pigment, and NetSuite
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Experience with AI tools or willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Act as primary finance partner to GTM Leadership Team
• Lead annual planning and quarterly reforecast processes for GTM functions
• Establish KPIs and performance dashboards for GTM org
• Evaluate ROI of marketing programs, headcount, and compensation structures
• Lead and develop a high-performing GTM Finance team
