You'll provide level 1 and level 2 technical support to end-users in a warehouse environment. You'll troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues while supporting warehouse-specific devices. This role is part of a dynamic ops team supporting high-growth brands.
π― What You'll Do
- Serve as first contact for IT support via ticketing system, phone, or in-person.
- Troubleshoot workstations, laptops, peripherals, and warehouse devices.
- Configure and maintain Zebra label printers and Android handheld devices.
- Document support processes and resolutions in knowledge base.
π Requirements
- Associate's degree in IT or related field.
- 1-2 years of helpdesk experience.
- Proficient with Windows and Mac OS, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office.
- Experience with ticketing systems like Jira, Zendesk, or FreshService.
β¨ Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Google IT Support Certificate.
- Experience in warehouse or logistics environment.
