You'll provide level 1 and level 2 technical support to end-users in a warehouse environment. You'll troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues while supporting warehouse-specific devices. This role is part of a dynamic ops team supporting high-growth brands.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Serve as first contact for IT support via ticketing system, phone, or in-person.
  • Troubleshoot workstations, laptops, peripherals, and warehouse devices.
  • Configure and maintain Zebra label printers and Android handheld devices.
  • Document support processes and resolutions in knowledge base.

  • Associate's degree in IT or related field.
  • 1-2 years of helpdesk experience.
  • Proficient with Windows and Mac OS, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with ticketing systems like Jira, Zendesk, or FreshService.
