Description
You will lead multiple sales teams, manage the regional operating system, drive revenue pipeline strategy, and oversee complex deal underwriting. You'll act as a cultural steward and key liaison between the field and executive leadership to ensure aggressive yet disciplined growth.
Requirements
- Three or more years of experience managing sales managers in a quota-carrying environment
- Proven track record of exceeding team revenue targets and managing multiple sales teams
- Experience with data-driven decision making and sales systems such as Salesforce and Outreach
- Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills
- Ability to act as a culture champion and cross-functional representative
Responsibilities
- Lead weekly 1:1s with managers and skip-levels with AEs, contribute to All-AE Manager agenda, host Bi-Weekly AE All-Hands
- Host weekly War Room for top opportunities and Regional AE meeting for collective winning
- Direct all-channel pipeline strategy ensuring effective outbound efforts using marketing triggers and partner relationships
- Leverage Gong data for forecasting, coaching, and pipeline management; maintain regional dashboard of key metrics
- Attach to strategic deals, lead presentations, work with Finance and Underwriters to close complex business
