You'll lead a team building Docker's next-generation data framework to unlock actionable business intelligence across engineering, product, and go-to-market teams. Your work will directly impact Docker's growth by providing the foundation for product and business intelligence. This role offers stretch opportunities beyond the initial charter as a core member of the Data & Growth leadership team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own roadmap for data modeling and delivery of data insights
• Establish and maintain single source of truth for data
• Facilitate discussions with business leaders on data capabilities
• Mature data models balancing near-term and future needs

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years leading teams to build modern data architectures
• 6+ years direct people management of data professionals
• Experience in data modeling and machine learning technologies
• Experience owning and architecting large centralized data stores
