You'll own sourcing strategy, partner with hiring managers, and deliver a standout candidate experience. This role offers cross-functional impact across 13+ brands and the chance to build AI-enabled recruiting workflows.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for 10-15 concurrent technical roles
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies tailored to each role
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and timelines
• Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter in a multi-brand or portfolio organization
• Ability to recruit across role types and levels from entry-level to Director
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruiting technology
• Solid understanding of technical concepts and ability to assess fit

• Degree in HR or Business or equivalent experience
