💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the primary liaison between Finch, attorneys, and clients, owning litigation case progression from filing through resolution. You'll draft and support key litigation documents, including complaints, motions, and discovery requests/responses. You'll build trust quickly with attorneys and clients, ensuring cases are procedurally sound and strategically supported.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as primary liaison between Finch, attorneys, and clients
• Draft complaints, motions, and discovery requests/responses
• Manage case progression through all litigation phases
• Provide detailed case status reports to attorneys and firms

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of paralegal experience
• Extensive personal injury litigation experience
• Hands-on experience drafting complaints, motions, and managing discovery
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in communication
