You'll expand EquipmentShare's customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction principals. Your core impact is driving revenue through contract signings and MSA acquisitions at our Tooling Solutions rental facility. This role offers uncapped commission and a mission-driven team transforming the construction industry.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Generate revenue by signing contracts or acquiring MSAs
• Work with local industrial reps in multiple markets
• Quickly respond to inbound leads and requests
• Visit job sites and assist with equipment rental, sales, service

📋 Requirements

• 5 years of experience in industrial facilities
• Industrial contract knowledge
• Ability to lift objects up to 50 pounds
• Knowledge of general rental, pump, power, and industrial tooling
