💼 About This Role

You'll drive profitability and efficiency in a retail store, executing inventory management and operational processes. You'll work closely with the Operations Visual Management team to maintain visual standards and support total store operations. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute inventory management processes with focus on accuracy and reducing shrink
• Support shipment receiving, processing, reverse transfers, and floor replenishment
• Maintain visual standards on the sales floor
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess and fulfill needs

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales operational environment
• Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
