You'll join a mission-driven team maintaining and repairing a modern fleet of heavy equipment and aerial lifts. Using proprietary T3 technology, you'll diagnose issues faster and work smarter. This role offers year-round OEM training and the chance to build the future of construction.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Use T3 platform to create and monitor work orders
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems
• Maintain documentation of repairs and parts orders
• Travel to customer job sites for repairs when required

📋 Requirements

• Must own tools applicable to position
• Advanced mechanical aptitude with schematics and diagrams knowledge
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Proven experience in heavy equipment repair

• High School diploma or trade school certificate
• Experience with aerial lifts
• OSHA knowledge preferred
