You'll prepare accurate cost estimates for residential and commercial construction projects, reviewing plans and supporting the bid process. Your work directly impacts project profitability and competitiveness. Collaborate with project managers and vendors to ensure accurate and competitive bids.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review blueprints and project documents to prepare estimates
• Perform quantity takeoffs for labor, materials, and equipment
• Develop accurate and competitive project bids and proposals
• Solicit and evaluate supplier and subcontractor pricing

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of electrical estimating experience (residential and commercial)
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, materials, and installation methods
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Experience with estimating software (e.g., Accubid, Bluebeam, PlanSwift)

✨ Nice to Have

• Background as an electrician or field experience
• Experience with both ground-up and renovation projects
• Knowledge of local codes and industry standards
