Description

You will lead global ads billing operations, managing a small team and owning month-end billing, invoicing accuracy, and SOX controls. Drive process improvements and tooling in partnership with Billing Engineering and Finance transformation teams to reduce manual work and enhance automation.

Requirements

• 5+ years in revenue operations, billing, or revenue accounting in a large or fast-growing company
• 2+ years management experience leading analysts or specialists in finance, billing, or AR
• Strong knowledge of order-to-cash processes including invoicing, billing adjustments, AR, and revenue recognition
• Experience in a SOX-compliant environment with external auditors
• Comfort with large data sets and systems such as Oracle R12, Salesforce, and Tableau

Responsibilities

• Lead global billing operations for ads, including month-end billing runs and invoice generation
• Own month-end billing review and SOX controls, approve higher-risk billing adjustments
• Manage complex billing adjustments and reconciliations, including makegoods
• Serve as primary billing contact for Collections and Sales on escalations and invoice issues
• Drive process and systems improvements using AI and partnering with Engineering and Product teams
