In this role, you will drive outbound lead generation and manage the pipeline for Mid-Market Account Executives, refining prospecting techniques and qualifying incoming leads. You'll collaborate with your team to research and engage with ideal customer profiles, using tools like Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn, and ZoomInfo to document and strategize opportunities.

Requirements

  • Previous BDR/SDR experience in similar or adjacent industry preferred
  • Self-starter with proactive approach to move conversations forward
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Active listener and good note-taker
  • Ability to understand business opportunity and articulate to AE team

Responsibilities

  • Manage lead pipeline and identify sales opportunities with emphasis on outbound activities
  • Maintain active engagement with leads through strategic personalized outreach
  • Partner with 2 Mid-Market Account Executives to build pipelines and develop skills
  • Document and strategize using use case, stakeholders, vendor decision process, and next steps
  • Keep Salesforce.com up-to-date for lead management and sales forecasting
