💼 About This Role

You'll serve as a strategic partner to the General Counsel, driving the effectiveness of the Legal function across AI strategy, technology, and operations. You'll translate vision into scalable systems and measurable outcomes, serving as a force multiplier for the Legal leadership team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and execute Legal's strategy, priorities, and operating rhythms.
• Define and implement Legal's AI strategy, including tool selection and governance.
• Own Legal tech (including CLM) and drive roadmap and system performance.
• Lead budget planning, forecasting, and vendor strategy, including outside counsel management.

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in legal operations within an in-house legal team or law firm.
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives with measurable impact.
• Experience partnering with C-level executives and influencing decisions at the executive level.
• Hands-on experience with legal technology, particularly CLM systems, including implementation or optimization.

• Background in media, entertainment, technology, or global organizations.
• J.D. or advanced degree.
• Experience leading AI or data-driven transformation initiatives within Legal.
