You'll be the engine behind successful customer launches at Hummingbird, owning implementations end-to-end from contract to go-live. You'll translate customer business and technical requirements into a configured Hummingbird platform, managing timelines, stakeholders, and integrations. This contract role is for someone who loves turning complexity into clarity.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage implementations end-to-end from contract signing to go-live
• Configure the Hummingbird platform to meet customer business and technical requirements
• Manage multiple implementations in parallel, prioritizing effectively
• Proactively flag risks, tradeoffs, or scope changes

📋 Requirements

• Experience configuring B2B enterprise SaaS platforms or technical products
• Ability to turn ambiguous requirements into clear plans and outcomes
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across Customer Success teams
• Organized, proactive, and reliable with priority management
