🎯 What You'll Do
- Answer customer questions via live chat and telephone
- Identify root causes of issues and offer solutions
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams
- Turn customers into loyal fans to retain and grow base
📋 Requirements
- Fluency in German and English
- At least one year in a customer-facing role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask with several customers simultaneously

- Knowledge of sales CRM tools like Salesforce or Zoho
- Experience with helpdesk tools like Intercom or Zendesk
- Additional languages like Portuguese, French, or Spanish
