You'll join a supportive team to assist German-speaking customers via live chat and phone, helping them succeed with Pipedrive's cloud-based CRM platform. Your work directly impacts customer retention and growth for a global company serving over 100,000 businesses.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Answer customer questions via live chat and telephone
  • Identify root causes of issues and offer solutions
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams
  • Turn customers into loyal fans to retain and grow base

📋 Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English
  • At least one year in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask with several customers simultaneously

  • Knowledge of sales CRM tools like Salesforce or Zoho
  • Experience with helpdesk tools like Intercom or Zendesk
