🎯 What You'll Do

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls
• Engage with customers in person at the branch
• Assess customer financial needs and offer appropriate products
• Complete pre-employment screenings and maintain reliable transportation

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of phone sales or call center experience
• 1+ years of customer service, sales, lending, or collections experience
• Ability to work 40 hours per week including Saturdays

• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Some college or military experience
• Teamwork mentality developed through team sports
