You'll oversee daily moderation operations for a remote-first team handling sensitive content. You will escalate complex cases and improve moderation workflows to maintain platform safety. This role combines people leadership, operational oversight, and analytical thinking.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise daily moderation operations and team performance
• Provide guidance on complex or high-risk moderation cases
• Monitor performance metrics to identify operational improvements
• Coordinate scheduling and workflow distribution
• Support onboarding and training initiatives

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years of leadership experience in content moderation or trust & safety
• Strong understanding of sensitive online content areas (hate speech, extremism, etc.)
• Experience analyzing moderation data and performance metrics
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
