🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end cost control including budgeting and forecasting.
• Oversee vendor contracts and change order management.
• Review and produce project controls reports for stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed cost models and dashboards.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, accounting, or finance.
• 10+ years of related experience.
• Hands-on construction cost accounting experience.
• Demonstrated capability with applicable software programs.
