You'll lead accounting and financial operations for a trusted commercial electrical contractor, ensuring accuracy and strategic insight. You'll oversee billing, AR, AP, and payroll while partnering with leadership to drive growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end close
• Manage cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting
• Oversee invoicing, AR collections, and AP vendor payments
• Produce financial reports and coordinate with external accountants

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years accounting experience with 2+ years in leadership
• Prior experience in construction or contracting industry
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with accounting software and financial reporting

• Familiarity with construction accounting systems (Buildops, Sage, Procore)
• Experience with payroll processing and HR functions
