🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a team of AI/ML Solutions Architects and Consultants
• Mentor team members, identifying strengths and growth opportunities
• Act as first-level escalation management for delivery concerns
• Recruit, hire, and prepare future team members for success

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years experience in customer-facing technical roles
• 5+ years people management experience
• AI/ML experience including traditional ML and GenAI
• Python and SQL hands-on expertise
