🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as dedicated technical advisor for enterprise clients.
• Conduct regular technical business reviews with stakeholders.
• Manage high-severity escalations with cross-functional coordination.
• Design AI-assisted workflows for account intelligence and documentation.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in technical account management or client-facing technical role
• Deep experience with fintech or banking technology
• Proficiency with AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or AWS Kiro
• Strong API and integration troubleshooting skills
