💼 About This Role

You'll provide client care through focused assessment, treatment, and discharge planning on rehabilitation and recovery units within the C3 program for older adults. You'll contribute to residents' quality of life by maximizing safe functional independence through appropriate interventions. This role includes clinical supervision of support staff and students.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct focused assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Implement interventions to maximize functional independence.
• Provide clinical supervision to support staff and students.
• Perform discharge planning for clients.

📋 Requirements

• Graduation from a recognized Masters or Degree program in Occupational Therapy.
• Registration with the Alberta College of Occupational Therapists (ACOT).
• Eligibility for membership in CAOT.

✨ Nice to Have

• AADL Authorizer certification.
• Experience in a clinical or continuing care setting.
• New graduate or provisional therapists welcome.
