💼 About This Role

You'll lead the discovery and capture of GTM-domain AI agent concepts, translating revenue operations workflows into production-grade AI agents that drive measurable customer outcomes. You'll partner with Workato's internal teams to bring learnings back and ensure Workato itself is the leading example of AI transformation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead discovery and capture of GTM-domain AI agent concepts through customer engagement.
• Author PRDs for GTM AI agents and shepherd from concept to production.
• Run targeted AI workshops with top GTM accounts to accelerate adoption.
• Partner with internal teams to bring customer learnings back to the business.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in a customer-facing or domain specialist role with GTM focus.
• Deep understanding of GTM technology, workflows, and personas across multiple industries.
• Experience scoping and delivering automation or AI solutions in GTM environments.
• Ability to translate business problems into structured product requirements (PRD authorship).

✨ Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with Workato (AI agents, automation recipes, integration platforms).
• Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Outreach, Marketo, 6sense, Clay.
• Proven track record influencing revenue through quota-carrying or pipeline generation.
