You'll guide enterprise customers through 1Password's security solutions, acting as a trusted advisor to maximize value. You'll drive net revenue retention and identify expansion opportunities while collaborating with Sales and Onboarding teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews and executive check-ins
• Develop and execute Enterprise Success Plans aligned to outcomes
• Drive adoption at scale across large organizations
• Identify expansion opportunities in partnership with Sales

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years managing Enterprise accounts in SaaS Customer Success
• Professional fluency in German and English
• Proven success driving net revenue retention
• Experience leading Quarterly Business Reviews with executives
